Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full audit process, including planning, execution, reporting, and finalisation of audit files.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery and acting as the key liaison between clients and the engagement team.
- Provide expert guidance on audit matters, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Lead and mentor audit teams, providing coaching and technical support to enhance team performance.
- Drive the budgeting process by preparing forecast billings and collections, ensuring timely invoicing and follow-ups.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring engagements are completed efficiently within deadlines.
Key Requirements
- Qualifications: Degree in Accountancy or a related discipline, with a qualification recognised by the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants. Candidates holding the CA (Singapore) qualification will have a distinct advantage.
- Experience: At least 5 years of relevant audit experience in a public accounting firm. Candidates with fewer years of relevant experience may be considered for an Assistant Manager role.
