Eric Lee is an experienced finance professional with over 25 years in audit, financial management, and commercial operations across Singapore and China. At Impetus, he leads our China desk, managing projects on the ground and acting as the bridge between clients’ operations in China and our Singapore professional team.

He supports clients in navigating local regulatory frameworks, commercial dynamics, and complex operational and financial reporting requirements, translating these insights to the group level to support strategic decision-making and ensure alignment between local operations and head office.

Eric has held senior financial and leadership roles in Singapore-listed companies with operations in China, giving him a strong understanding of the challenges of managing regional subsidiaries and providing guidance to boards and management teams on financial strategy and performance.
