Juliana has over 20 years of experience in corporate secretarial practice and compliance advisory services. She has worked with several established professional services firms and has served as company secretary to a number of companies listed on the Singapore Exchange as well as private limited companies in Singapore.

Juliana’s experience covers a broad range of areas, including corporate secretarial compliance, corporate governance, restructuring exercises, and corporate actions involving both listed and private entities.

Juliana has been a Practising Chartered Secretary certified by the Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore (formerly known as the Singapore Association of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators) since September 2005.
