He has extensive knowledge and skills in handling various types of corporate assignments, such as deal advisory (buy-side and sell-side), corporate recovery, due diligence, and business process improvement.  

As the Managing Director of Impetus, Terence is responsible for the firm’s overall direction and strategy, including driving growth and business development. He is also a mentor and coach to the second-generation leaders across the firm.
